Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have 1. In Depth experience inExchange server 2013, O365 Mailbox Migrations
2. Experience in Exchange public Folder Migration &
Experience in Cross Forest Mailbox Migration
3. should have atleast 2 Projects implemented independently
4.Should have worked in large scale environment.
5. Providing L3+ support in messaging environment
Good-to-Have 1. M365 & Sharepoint
2. Any of the Ticketing tool
3. Good Communication skills
4. Knowledge on AD/DNS/Lync server will be added advantage
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Associate will be involved in Exchange-O365 Migration projects
2 Provides L3 and any escalation issues including P1/P2
3 Should be available 24x7 to assist during Off business hours/On call support
4 Coordinate with onsite and offshore team for regular activities
5 Documentation and trainings to be conducted for L1/L2 folks
