Your work profile.

• Execute Internal Audit, Project Audit, Concurrent Audit, and Advisory engagements

(including SOP design, IFC, SOX compliance, and Risk Management) across

sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and

Energy/Renewables.

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery including supervising and reviewing

engagement teams.

• Coordination with other service lines within the firm for internal opportunities.
• Establishing strong professional relationships with external clients and internal

team members.

• Supporting the partners in driving select client relationships of the firm.
• Taking the lead and responsibility on internal practice improvement initiatives

relating to quality, risk, people etc.

• Assess, design, and strengthen internal controls by applying established control

frameworks and regulatory guidelines.

• Understand client business models, interpret industry trends, and recommend

leading practices.

• Develop and enhance conduct risk and compliance solutions through research,

framework application, and analytical insights.

• Improve the quality of assurance engagements by identifying risks, developing test

plans, executing testing, and preparing audit reports.

Key skills required:

• CA/MBA with at least 9+ years of post-qualification experience in Process, Controls

& Regulatory reviews.

• Existing Manager/Senior manager in any of the Big 4/Large consulting firms would

be preferred.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry.

Understanding / Exposure to regulations (RBI and SEBI Regulations).

• Strong knowledge of processes and systems in their respective area of operations.
• Candidates from the industry, should have experience of working with the control

functions
