Position: Junior Executive – Export Sales & Business Development
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Executive to support our Export Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing international customer relationships, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and identifying new business opportunities in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Support export sales and marketing activities across international markets.
Assist in preparing and submitting quotations in coordination with engineering and costing teams.
Coordinate with production, commercial, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Maintain regular communication with international customers regarding inquiries, orders, and shipment updates.
Track customer purchase orders and support sales forecasting activities.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment requirements.
Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market intelligence reports.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance/commercial team.
Maintain customer databases and sales documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or any related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Customer Support, preferably in the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.
Basic understanding of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
Ability to understand engineering drawings will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and digital business networking platforms is desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
