Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Representative – Paid Training

Looking to build real-world communication skills and grow into leadership?
ClearPaths Marketing is growing its British Columbia operations, with active teams in Surrey and additional locations across Ontario.
We are currently expanding our Surrey team and hiring motivated individuals for a full-time, in-person Customer Service & Sales Representative role.
No previous industry experience is required. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on professional experience in customer service, sales, and communication.
Compensation
- Guaranteed weekly base pay
- Performance bonuses available
- Average team members earn $700–$1,200 per week
- Paid training provided
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing active marketing campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement
- Promoting services and answering customer questions
- Generating new customer sign-ups
- Participating in daily team training and strategy sessions
- Working in a team-based, goal-driven environment
This is an in-person role involving community outreach at events, residential areas, and high-traffic locations.
