Director Of Operations

We are looking for a director of operations to join our leadership team. Roles and responsibilities include working with the leadership team to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring that operational plans and initiatives are aligned with overall goals. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and internal controls that ensure the smooth running of the business. Manage and optimize the company's resources, including client services, business development, talent acquisition/staffing, and technology, to ensure that they are effective and efficient. Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture. Analyze and evaluate operational data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Position the company to achieve financial goals through active client delivery and business development activities while employing sound financial management practices. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. Mentoring directors and senior staff members and establishing connections between performance success and rewards. Achieve goals each year for fiscal revenue, retention, and new growth.

Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing organization of geographically distributed resources, and set clear priorities to achieve organizational objectives and key results. Ability to effectively provide mentorship and development of senior staff, including formulation of individual goals, objectives, and measures of success. Proven ability to provide direction and oversee the overall scope of initiative, including strategic/tactical planning, budgeting, implementation, maintenance, administration, staffing, and logistics. Successful delivery of activities that ensure on-time delivery with both engineering and operational excellence, while complying with all standards and best practices. Proven record of implementing continuous improvements to business and risk management practices. Strong understanding of contracts, program management, compliance, and security. Demonstrated ability to build, engage, and empower a leadership team and an established workforce to include talent management and development. Applicants must hold and maintain an active security clearance; therefore, US citizenship is required, and TS/SCI candidates are preferred.
