In this role you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to drive organizational performance. We are looking for a solutions-oriented change agent who has a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive results. This role spans talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, change management, and talent acquisition in a fast-paced, scaling environment.</span></p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em><strong>What you'll do:</strong></em></span></p> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders across CLEAR’s Aviation business to retain, develop, and motivate talent.</li> <li>Design and execute innovative talent strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and drive scalable growth.</li> <li>Coach and develop leaders to build a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead change management and transformation initiatives, ensuring teams are equipped to navigate complexity.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development strategies to attract and develop exceptional Field talent, ultimately impacting the member experience.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all relevant employment practices and laws across all network locations; drive continuous improvement in processes to help the business scale.</li> <li>Use data and analytics to understand key challenges, to assess the effectiveness of people programs, and to prioritize efforts across the aviation network.</li> <li>Collaborate with other People &amp; Performance teams in the development of programs to develop and reward our team members, contributing to the broader organization’s people and performance strategy.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em><strong>How you'll measure success:</strong></em></span></p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational alignment - ensuring teams are structured, resourced, and equipped to execute strategic priorities efficiently.</li> <li>Increased employee productivity, clearer accountability, and well-run performance systems.</li> <li>Key people metrics: staffing levels, internal mobility, retention, engagement / eNPS, etc.</li> <li>Mitigation of underperformance risk through proactive coaching, clearer expectations, and consistent performance management disciplines.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em><strong>What you're great at:</strong></em></span></p> <ul> <li>A seasoned People leader with 15+ years of progressive experience, including leadership across talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness and people strategy, with depth in supporting large distributed workforces.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to influence at the executive level, coach leaders, and build trusted partnerships across complex teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in scaling a high-growth environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.&nbsp;</li> <li>Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure the impact of people programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional communication, judgement, and change leadership capabilities, with a focus on results and employee experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.</li> <li>Adept at building, leading, and developing high-performing People teams that deliver exceptional business outcomes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><em><strong>How You'll be Rewarded:</strong></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. Additionally, this role will be eligible for refresh equity grants as part of our ongoing compensation program. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
