Environmental Field Chemist: Hands-On Waste Management Expert

Exciting opportunity for an Environmental Field Chemist to oversee hazardous waste management at customer locations. Focus on compliance and safety during the waste handling process. As an Environmental Field Chemist, you will play a crucial role in managing hazardous materials. Your tasks will include segregating, packing, and inspecting waste in line with health and safety regulations. This role requires daily on-site interactions with clients, ensuring all processes align with environmental standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and label hazardous materials accurately
• Perform staging area inspections for safety compliance
• Manage waste collection and segregation efficiently
• Approve all shipments following regulatory guidelines
• Understand and communicate customer disposal needs Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 Driver’s License is highly preferred
• Required Glass 5 license for vehicle commuting
• Strong understanding of Transportation of Dangerous Goods
• College degree in chemistry or relevant experience
