Junior Food technologist (India)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Food Technology graduate to join our team as a Junior Food Technologist. This is an entry-level role where candidates will be trained to handle customer interactions, provide technical product support, and coordinate with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to food ingredients and products
• Provide basic technical guidance on product usage (training will be provided)
• Coordinate with R&D;, production, and sales teams
• Assist in order processing and customer follow-ups
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Strong interest in the food industry and customer interaction

Skills & Competencies

• Valuable communication skills (English & Malayalam& hindi required)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Problem-solving attitude
• Team player with a positive approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
