Enhance operational systems at the City of Toronto as a Business Analyst. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience & Technology, you will perform critical tasks such as analyzing business processes, developing test strategies, and advising senior management on optimization opportunities.

- Document and analyze business processes and system requirements

- Extensive experience with SDLC and user testing
