As the IT Business Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technologists to ensure the exchange of information is clear, logical, and understandable. Your main goal will be to support ongoing exploration of business performance and drive business planning initiatives.

- Offer insights during development and implementation phases, defining systems scope, objectives, and necessary enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
- Collaborate with business owners and senior stakeholders in Markets Desks to gather high-level requirements, conduct detailed data analysis, and provide recommendations with end-to-end impact in mind
- Ensure clean requirement documentation, conduct requirement walkthroughs for the implementation team, and validate implementations
- Identify and communicate risks and propose mitigation options, considering the business implications of applying technology to the current environment
- Evaluate risks in business decisions with a focus on protecting the firm's reputation and assets, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining ethical conduct
- *Qualifications:**
- Possess 10-15 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in the Financial Services industry
- Have a deep understanding of Retail Risk projects and a basic knowledge of Retail banking products
- Prior experience with Retail Risk applications and regulatory models such as CCAR, BASEL, and Reporting is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and SQL, with extensive experience in data analysis using Excel and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile environments, and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles
