.net Software Engineer

Direct hire. Seeking .net/c# developer. Must be US Citizen and/or Greencard holder in order to attain low level clearance. Position is currently hybrid with two days on-site in Merrifield, VA area. Pay range from $100,000-$130,000 a year with full benefits but will depend on experience. Bachelors degree required. Must not have travelled outside of the USA for more than 180 days total in the last 5 years to attain clearance.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain complex large-scale C#/.NET web applications.
• Modify existing ASP.NET WebForms.
• Design and develop database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design.
• Conduct unit testing and assist with integration testing.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
• Postal API knowledge highly desirable
• Full stack development experience highly preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:

• BS/BA or AS/AA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems or related technology field is preferred.
• Three years of experience in web-based software design, development and testing.
