Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CBS Support and Implementation professional based in Mumbai, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves providing support and implementation services for Core Banking Systems (CBS). Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, performing system configurations, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The professional will act as a liaison between the technical team and clients, ensuring optimal service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Support for software solutions
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve operational issues
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience working with databases
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote work responsibilities
• Minimum 2 yrs of Experience in implementing and supporting Core Banking Systems (CBS) is a strong plus advantage
