Job Description
As an experienced software operations manager at Cibirix, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the operations of the software CRM - Sensei. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing quality assurance programs
- Supervising, hiring, and training other employees
- Monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness
- Creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
You will be working with Sensei, which has multiple portals including a CRM, a services division, and a 3D visualization system for outdoor buildings. It will be your responsibility to:
- Identify and understand how each portal works and the lifecycle of how they support customers
- Track and report on usage, issues, and resolution for each portal
- Coordinate issue resolution through internal or external support teams
- Document all systems and support processes associated with each portal
- Track and drive to resolution operational logistics
Your direct reports will include the Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tech Lead, and UX Lead.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Technology expertise, specifically SAAS software
- Experience in one of the following: Software Architecture, Database Design, Frontend Technologies, Business Analysis
- Proficiency in Web, mobile, and SaaS technologies
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and triage skills
- Experience with analytics and reporting
