Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Instrumentation / Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical from reputed institutes. PMP Certification would be an advantage.

Experience

Min. 12- 14 + years' experience in IBM's project execution. 2+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

The right candidate for this position should have extensive experience and knowledge of Systems & Products of Intelligent Building Management systems and services. IBMS systems include Fire & Security systems, HVAC, Public Address Systems, Smoke Detection, and gas suppression Systems, Water Leak Detection Systems, Rodent Repellent systems, TPI Third-party integration, UPS, PAC, CSU, Energy meters, VFD, VAVs, CO2 sensor.

The Broad Areas Of Responsibilities Are

  • Conceptualize IBMS Design and Architecture to Execute the Projects as per customer requirements.
  • Planning of Integrated Building Management Services System, Fire Detection & Security system.
  • Work/collaborate with diverse individuals and groups within the Engineering, Design, Commissioning, and Project execution teams to deliver a project.
  • Operation Management of BMS, Fire & Security Systems and Services.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting of Projects to Customers and Keeping all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and preparing progress reports regularly.
  • Closure of Projects as per Contract timelines and with Customer Satisfaction.
  • Drive the Revenue/Invoice Generation and Timely Collection of Payments for all the Projects from Customers as per Payment Terms Agreed.
  • Drive Ethical Behavior within the Team as per Organization Requirements.
  • Drive EHS-related activities at Project Sites like Risk Assessments, Inspection of Tools and Perform Audits of the EHS Performance at Project Sites.
  • Effective Utilization of the Team to minimize the unproductivity Impact.
  • To be Precise on Risk Management and Identify the contractual/commercial Risk proactively and communicate to Management.
  • To get Customer Feedback periodically on all Active Projects and Handed Over Projects
  • Manage the project within the budget and achieve monthly revenue & collection numbers in line with the full-year target. Improve the project financials & project cash flow
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and key team members of the project team

Technical, And Soft Skills Required

  • Technical knowledge of BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAS, and Physical Security.
  • MS Project planning.
  • Work experience on the SAP platform for project function.
  • MS Excel & Power point
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-facing & internal team communication skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of IT Networks.
  • Strong Internal external Client facing and Vendor management experience.
