Key Responsibilities
- Manage data projects related to onboarding of new agencies, agency engagement, webpage redesign, and automation efforts.
- Integrate information from the Customer Data Management (CDM) platform into Chubb's data lake and CDP, connecting profiles from the Agency360 and Online Learning Center platforms to allow for segmentation and reporting.
- Utilize platforms to generate reports that communicate project progress and insights effectively.
- Optimize the email journey through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP) automation, including lead scoring, audience segmentation, and email personalization.
- Develop digital marketing distribution lists aligned with sales effectiveness and underwriting growth strategies.
- Target specific agencies based on profitability and underwriting success.
- Create targeted profiles for prospecting using data from various sources, including the CDP, to enhance lead quality.
- Integrate data sources from various systems (CDM, web analytics, CDP, marketing automation, sales data, social media) into the company's central data repository or data lake to create a targeted profile.
- Work with IT and Data Engineering teams to establish automated workflows and to optimize data pipelines for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to build and maintain real-time performance interactive dashboards using platforms such as QlikSense, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Establish a monthly reporting method that illustrates results to the executive team outside of the digital marketing organization.
- Conduct advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and customer lifetime value forecasting.
- Leverage Google Analytics for behavioral analytics to derive insights from user interactions across digital platforms.
- Use statistical tools like R, Python, or SQL to perform complex data analysis and derive insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with Chubb Global Marketing and media agency to drive traffic to webpages and enhance ad performance using marketing analytics tools.

- Experience with data architecture, data quality, and governance.
