Service Advisor / Writer – Choisser Automotive Services
Location: Easton, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, never weekends
Compensation: Hourly + commission (competitive, based on experience)
Benefits: Health, Vision & Dental, 401(k) with 4% match after 12 months, paid certifications & training

The Role
We are seeking a Professional Service Advisor/Writer to support our technicians and clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate repair/service needs clearly to clients
- Support shop workflow, advisors and technicians
- Create invoices, process parts orders/returns, help manage dispatch
- Build trust with customers through service presentation and follow-up
- Step in as needed (road testing, check-outs, etc.)
Qualifications
- 4+ years automotive service advising experience preferred
- 4+ years sales or customer presentation experience
- Leadership background (military or civilian) strongly valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and proficient with Windows/Office software
