What we are looking for:

Experienced professionals in government advisory / public sector consulting to join our growing advisory team. The role involves working closely with government stakeholders, supporting high-impact projects, and driving policy implementation and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and operationalization of government programs, policy reforms, and institutional strengthening initiatives
• Function within PMUs to facilitate effective implementation of central and state government schemes
• Undertake policy analysis, data-driven assessments, and stakeholder consultations to support evidence-based planning
• Prepare technical deliverables including reports, DPRs, frameworks, and strategic advisory notes
• Monitor program performance through KPI tracking, review mechanisms, and governance support systems
• Liaise with government departments, public sector entities, and multilateral agencies to ensure coordinated execution
• Develop and deliver strategic presentations and policy insights for senior government stakeholders
• Contribute to business development through proposal development, client engagements, and sectoral intelligence

Educational Qualification

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related disciplines;
• Candidates with professional qualifications such as CA / CFA and relevant consulting experience will also be considered
