Job Summary

A Senior Tableau Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data visualizations and business intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau. They work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineers to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau.

Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.

Work with SQL databases and data sources to extract, clean, and transform data.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Implement best practices in data visualization and reporting.

Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau performance issues.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

5+ years of experience in Tableau development.

Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Experience integrating Tableau with cloud and on-premise databases.

Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.

Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries.
