Catering Sous Chef

District Catering, a branch of The Fried Rice Collective (CHIKO, Anju, I Egg You) is expanding and hiring a catering sous chef. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who has experience in catering and/or large volume kitchens. The perfect candidate handles change with ease, enjoys cooking various cuisines, and works well on a team. The primary kitchen is located in SE DC, but traveling throughout the DMV is required.
