Role Overview
As a Chick-fil-A Manager, you will lead daily restaurant operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure a consistently high level of service and execution. You will collaborate with other leaders to drive sales, coach team performance, manage inventory and costs, and uphold operational excellence. This role is ideal for experienced managers with a background in fast-paced hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations.
