Cherry Bekaert Recruiting is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage and support biweekly payroll processing for approximately 100 employees. This role is critical in helping resolve current payroll setup challenges and ensuring accurate, timely payroll operations going forward. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and be comfortable supporting both hourly and salaried employee populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support and troubleshoot payroll setup and configuration issues within ADP Workforce Now
• Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including overtime, deductions, and adjustments
• Review, audit, and reconcile payroll reports prior to submission
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related inquiries, corrections, and reporting
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and audits (as applicable)

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
• Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour compliance, and best practices
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage payroll setup challenges and process improvements independently
