Job Description: - Loss & Prevention manager (Chemist Box Private Limited )
Job Summary: The Loss & Prevention Manager is responsible for protecting company assets, reducing shrinkage, preventing theft and fraud, and ensuring a safe environment for employees and customers. This role develops and implements loss prevention strategies, conducts investigations, and ensures compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct periodic inventory audits (physical and system-based) across locations.
Verify stock quantities, valuation, and classification
Identify discrepancies, shrinkage, obsolete/slow-moving inventory, and causes.
Analyze inventory data and trends to support management decision-making
Prepare reports on effectiveness of established prevention measures.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Math is average / good
Education and Experience:
1–3+ years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or risk management.
