Job Description
Who We Are
Chase Remodeling has been transforming homes across the DMV since 1977. Nearly 50 years, 37,000+ completed projects, and a reputation built entirely on referrals. We are not the biggest remodeling company in the region — we are the one people keep calling back.
We run a tight operation. Every job gets a dedicated Project Manager, a written warranty, and the same standard we have held since day one. Everyone on this team knows that our name stays on every project long after we leave.
The Role
We are growing, and we need someone to take full ownership of how our jobs run. This is the person who keeps 8 to 12 active remodeling projects on track across three Project Managers, and makes sure every client experience reflects what Chase Remodeling has built its name on.
You will be in JobTread every day. You will be on job sites for kickoffs and final walkthroughs. You will step in when PMs need backup, when clients need someone above the PM level, and when subs need to be held accountable. You will run the completion call on every finished job. You will also review and approve field crew time daily.
The person we promote or hire into this role will have room to improve how we do things — not just maintain them. We have processes in place, and we expect this person to make them better.
Day to Day
- Weekly 1-on-1s with each PM — staying on top of every active job
- Daily review of job photos, logs, and progress in JobTread
- Daily time clock approval for field crew
- On-site at every construction kickoff and final walkthrough
- First point of escalation when a PM needs help with a client or a schedule problem
- Subcontractor accountability — performance, scheduling, relationships
- Oversee pre-construction handoffs, material ordering timelines, and permit tracking
- Completion calls with every client at job close
- Intake and routing of all warranty and service requests
- Hiring support and onboarding of new field staff, in partnership with the GM
What We Are Looking For
We are open to the right person over the perfect resume. That said, this is a real management role and it requires someone who already knows how construction works — from the field up.
The profile that fits:
- Background in residential construction — field, PM, superintendent, or similar
- Has coordinated or managed other people's work — crews, subs, or PMs
- Knows how to read a schedule and keep a project moving when things go sideways
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems — we run on JobTread
- Has improved a process or workflow in a previous role — not just followed one
- Communicates clearly with clients when the conversation is hard, not just when it is easy
- Self-directed — sees what needs to be done and does it without being told
- Adaptable — construction changes fast and this role changes with it
- Accountable — owns outcomes, not just tasks
Who This Is Not For
If you need a lot of direction to get started, this will be a hard role. We will train you on our systems and our processes, but we cannot teach the instincts this job requires. If you are the kind of person who waits to be told what to do, this is not the right fit.
This is an on-site role. Remote or hybrid is not an option.
