We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Account Executive based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to drive aggressive new business growth within the foodservice sector. This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across key verticals including:
- Restaurants and multi-unit QSR brands
- Hotels and hospitality groups
- Foodservice distributors
- Hospitals and healthcare systems
- Senior living and long-term care facilities
- Schools, campuses, and institutional buyers
This role is ideal for a well-connected industry professional who thrives on building pipelines, opening doors, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
New Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Identify, target, and secure new national and regional foodservice accounts across priority verticals
- Develop and execute a strategic territory and prospecting plan focused on high-value opportunities within the GTA and broader Ontario market
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to generate qualified leads and accelerate deal cycles
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and closing
- Consistently exceed new business revenue targets and pipeline expectations
Industry Engagement & Market Presence
- Represent Chase Global Foods at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events across Canada
- Build brand awareness and credibility within the foodservice ecosystem
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs within institutional and commercial foodservice
Strategic Selling & Solutions Development
- Collaborate with internal teams and principal partners to develop tailored product and supply solutions
- Position innovative offerings that align with evolving foodservice needs (cost efficiency, quality, supply chain reliability, menu innovation)
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to executive-level decision-makers
Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline with clear forecasting and activity tracking
- Provide regular reporting on new business activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales performance
Requirements
- 10 years of proven experience in sales, marketing and/or industry related experience;
- Proven track record as a hunter with success in acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong existing network within foodservice sectors (QSR, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, distribution)
- Deep understanding of foodservice operations, procurement processes, and industry dynamics
- Experience selling protein or food products into multi-unit or institutional environments is highly preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven

- Strong presence and credibility within the industry
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and attend trade shows and industry events
