As an Office Administrator at our company, your role will involve ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors, supporting the leadership team, and ensuring the office environment runs efficiently.

  • **Office Operations**
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facility management, maintenance, and supplies procurement.
  • Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, security, and IT services.
  • Ensure compliance with office safety and hygiene standards.
  • **Documentation & Reporting**
  • Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Assist in HR paperwork like onboarding, employee records, and attendance tracking.
  • **Financial Administration**
  • Support the finance team in petty cash handling, expense tracking, and invoice coordination.
  • Assist in basic accounting documentation for audits and monthly reporting.
  • **Travel & Logistics Coordination**
  • Handle bookings for employee travel, guest accommodations, and courier services.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, events, and company offsites.
  • **Team & Leadership Support**
  • Provide administrative support for the leadership team's scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in the procurement of office equipment and manage vendor quotations.
  • **Office Culture & Events**
  • Plan team activities, celebrations, and employee engagement events.
  • Maintain a welcoming and productive office environment.
  • *Key Skills & Competencies:**
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in office administration, preferably in startups or SMEs.
