Hiring: Customer Care & Backend Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care & Backend Manager to join our team in Nagpur. This role is a mix of customer experience, backend operations, and inventory management — perfect for someone who enjoys both people interaction and data handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer queries across channels (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, etc.)
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience end-to-end
- Handle backend operations including order processing, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain and manage inventory/stock efficiently
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams
- Work extensively on Google Sheets / Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Identify gaps in processes and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data hygiene
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows
- Experience with Shopify is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service / operations is preferred
