About the position
Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to helping individuals change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential. They are seeking a dynamic and energetic Clinical Administrator to join their team in Peterborough. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and success of the service. The ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, committed, and driven to meet the expectations of this challenging role. This is a permanent, part-time position with 18 hours per week. Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week, and salary and payments for part-time roles will be pro rata.
Responsibilities
- Support the service in processing and batch printing of all FP10 Prescriptions for posting as per service protocol.
- Liaise with all pharmacy stakeholders to ensure the service operates within contractual requirements and enables timely and accurate issuing of all Prescriptions to service users.
- Maintain and update local and central databases, providing timely and accurate data and information for all external and internal stakeholders.
- Record data and information to ensure the service operates within contractual, administrative, financial requirements, and CQC clinical standards.
- Support the administrative team with management, ordering of supplies, invoicing, telephone, building management, and support of telecommunication and IT systems.
- Work flexibly within agreed hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
- Provide minute-taking for service meetings, including multi-disciplinary meetings, ensuring accurate minute taking and action logging.
- Provide advice, information, and reports clearly and concisely via the most appropriate channel, while being sensitive to the needs of the audience.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records/data collection on clients as required by CGL Management, NDTMS, PHE performance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties
- Experience of minute taking
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other IT packages
- Experience of maintaining simple databases and other data management systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Sound numerical skills
- Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems (e.g. DIRDET)
- Experience of developing data processes and systems
- Must already have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
