Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate - Litigation at the Chambers of Law, Hyderabad. The Legal Associate will handle tasks such as preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting in-depth legal research, and formulating strategies to address legal issues. Responsibilities also include representing clients in litigation matters, attending court proceedings, and providing legal opinions or recommendations based on case assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in handling Legal Issues and applying sound knowledge of Law.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for case evaluation and problem-solving.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and courtroom proceedings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a high-paced litigation environment.
• Prior experience or internships in litigation are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Qualified law degree (LLB) with 0-3 years of professional experience.
