Job Description
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Create and post a weekly schedule for staffing based on occupancy at multiple properties, including evening coverage and laundry attendants as needed.
-Delegate housekeeping assignments on a daily basis -this includes deployment to various properties, sections of hotel rooms as well as public spaces throughout multiple properties including but not limited to lobbies, porches, public restrooms, and certain back of house areas
-Establish and educate housekeeping staff on cleanliness and tidiness standards
-Schedule deep cleaning as needed and establish ongoing processes for housekeeping tasks that need to be completed on a semi-weekly, weekly, biweekly, etc. basis
-Oversee staff performance on a daily basis and provide ongoing training regarding housekeeping procedures and standards
-Perform pre-check in room inspections, with the assistance of the Front Desk managers/operations manager as needed
-Maintain an inventory of cleaning products and guest supplies and place orders as needed
-Maintain an organized supply of clean linens
-Communicate with the front desk and maintenance departments to ensure all areas of the property are clean and well maintained and that safety standards are met at all times.
Seasonal onsite housing is available. This role is eligible for a single room.
