Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, executing social media campaigns, managing paid advertisements, and supporting overall marketing initiatives to increase engagement, leads, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels scripts, and creative ideas
• Plan and manage content calendars
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
• Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies
• Support brand promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
• Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and campaign management
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Knowledge of content planning and strategy
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple brands/projects (if applicable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Experience in performance marketing
• Knowledge of branding and campaign planning
• Basic graphic design understanding (Canva/Adobe tools is a plus)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
