Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong foundation in SQL and hands-on experience using Python for data analysis. The candidate will work with large datasets and collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards for business users
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) to clean, transform, and analyze datasets
• Support automation of recurring data reports and workflows
• Perform data quality checks and basic issue troubleshooting
• Document data logic, queries, and analytical processes
• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing analytics initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• SQL:
• Strong understanding of joins, aggregations, subqueries, and basic CTEs
• Python:
• Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis
• Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy
• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Experience:
• 0–2 years of professional experience or relevant academic projects, internships, or coursework

Nice to Have

• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with large or enterprise datasets
• Interest in data engineering, analytics, or AI-related work
