Hiring: Associate Technical Support Engineer (L2) Voice & Chat Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: Rotational Shifts & Week Offs Job Summary: We are seeking experienced L2 Technical Support Engineers with strong troubleshooting skills and excellent voice support expertise. You will handle complex technical issues, provide advanced customer support, and ensure highquality resolutions. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 technical support via voiceDiagnose & resolve advanced OS, hardware, software, and networking issuesHandle L1 escalationsTroubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers & peripheralsMaintain SLA, CSAT, AHT & quality metricsDocument resolutions in CRM/ticketing toolsEscalate unresolved issues as neededEnsure excellent customer communication Must-Have1.5-4 years in Technical Support (Voice L2)Strong Windows OS, hardware & networking fundamentalsExcellent English communicationComfortable with rotational shiftsReady for Work from Office Good to HaveKnowledge of Mac OS / LinuxExperience with VPN, AD, O365, Ticketing toolsCertifications: CCNA, A, NetworkEscalation handling / mentoring experience EligibilityAny Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experienceImmediate or shortnotice joiners preferredDrop resume to Hbsrilayam@cgsinc.com
