In this role, you will supervise retail services offered to members of the Canadian Armed Forces. Your duties include handling customer inquiries, managing refunds, and maintaining Point of Sales systems. You'll ensure smooth operations and assist in delivering various services including dry cleaning and postal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
• Authorize refunds, voids, and returns as needed
• Supervise store employees and operations daily
• Operate Point of Sales systems and maintain float
• Prepare food and beverage orders and ensure cleanliness

Requirements

• Acceptable combination of education and experience
• Food Handling Certification, as required
• Experience in cash handling and personnel administration
• Strong client focus and communication skills
• Ability to perform moderate lifting and physical tasks
