Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Utilities Manager based in Nellore.

The Utilities

Manager will oversee the efficient operation of utilities and facility management systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The role includes responsibility for managing budgets, analyzing utility performance data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional tasks include managing wastewater treatment facilities and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Utilities management and experience in optimizing utility systems
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and identify areas of improvement
• Experience with Facility Management (FM), including systems maintenance and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Budgeting and cost management practices
• Expertise in Wastewater Treatment, including operation and compliance
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
