We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our dealership team. Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct B2B sales and retail sales activities to promote new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional products and services to maximize dealership revenue.
  • Manage sales support functions, including maintaining organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored vehicle options.
  • Support the dealership’s sales management team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless buying experience for all customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership sales environments preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively.
  • Experience with B2B sales strategies and managing a comprehensive sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures.
  • Professional appearance and phone etiquette when engaging with customers over the phone or in person.
