Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts and develop a robust sales pipeline.

- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize dealership revenue.
- Manage sales support functions, including maintaining organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored vehicle options.
- Support the dealership’s sales management team in achieving monthly and yearly targets.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless buying experience for all customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership sales environments preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals effectively.
- Experience with B2B sales strategies and managing a comprehensive sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures.
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette when engaging with customers over the phone or in person.
