Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, ensuring effective communication with patients, and coordinating their care journeys. Duties include assisting patients with inquiries, providing excellent service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette skills
• Knowledge of Care Coordination and Patient Care practices
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site healthcare setting
• Previous experience in a healthcare or eye care setting is a significant advantage
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare management or patient care are a plus
