We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist with a Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) license to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support to children, adolescents, and their families. The psychologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans that address a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1.Assessment and diagnosis
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardised tools and techniques to evaluate cognitive, emotional, behavioural, and developmental functioning.
- Administer and interpret a variety of assessments, including but not limited to: DQ, CARS, ISAA, IQ, CONNERS, projective and personality assessments.
- Diagnose psychological disorders, developmental delays, and learning disabilities in children and adolescents based on the assessment results.
- Therapeutic interventions
- Offer crisis intervention and support for children and adolescents experiencing acute psychological distress.
- Parent and family support
- Provide guidance and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers to help them understand and manage their child's psychological and emotional needs.
- Facilitate parent-child interaction sessions and family therapy when necessary.
- Documentation and reporting:
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Prepare and present reports for as school authorities or child welfare agencies, as required.
- Professional development:
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in child and adolescent psychology.
- Participate in regular supervision, training, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to continuing education requirements to maintain RCI licensure.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid RCI license
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents
- Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessment tools specific to children and adolescents.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specialised areas such as neurodevelopmental disorders, or social emotional concerns in children.
- Familiarity with school-based interventions and collaboration with educational institutions.
- Certification or additional training in specific therapeutic modalities.

Timings: 10:15 AM- 6:45 PM
Salary offered: Depends on the experience
