Job Description

As a Manager/Lead Talent Acquisition at Central Square Foundation (CSF), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education reform in India by bringing in the right people. Your efforts will be high-touch, mission-aligned, and deeply strategic, focusing on building a strong employer brand, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and enhancing hiring capabilities to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with CSF's mission and growth plans.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and co-create recruitment plans.
  • Lead full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to selection, offer management, and closure.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Implement structured interview processes aligned with CSF's values and competencies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Candidate Experience:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience with timely communication and transparency.
  • Represent CSF in external forums to build networks in social impact and education talent ecosystems.

TA Operations & HR Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with HR Operations for seamless onboarding and payroll readiness.
  • Maintain accurate data on the HRIS (Manatal) for clean recruitment records.
  • Support employer branding, inclusion in hiring, and capability building for interviewers.

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Masters is a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, ideally in corporate and social sector hiring.
  • Experience managing complex hiring mandates independently and partnering with senior leaders.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, constantly seeking process improvement.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in the hiring process.
