Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling communication with diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred.
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction.
• Prior hotel or resort experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
