Your Role

• Be the first point of contact—create a premium, welcoming patient experience
• Handle inquiries, appointments, and walk-ins with clarity and confidence
• Understand patient concerns and guide them through consultation & treatment journey
• Coordinate with clinical team for smooth patient flow and follow-ups
• Explain treatment plans, pricing, and address patient doubts
• Build trust that improves case acceptance and retention
• Maintain records, billing coordination, and front desk operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
