Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining hardware and software installation and other IT peripherals at the company.
• Configuring and applying Group policies, maintaining data integrity and security policies.
• Maintaining firewall policies, antivirus policies and AD policies.
• Performing preventive maintenance of all IT hardware and Peripherals.
• Maintaining all software licenses compliances of the company.
• Maintaining lab server, serialization server and file servers with user department and QA department.
• Preparing IT related SOPs.
• Executing protocol for system security and windows user privileges.
