Job Description

Support patients in their healthcare journey as a Medication Advocate Specialist. Assist with reimbursement and pharmacy coordination while working remotely to empower patient therapy management.

This position involves serving as a primary communication link for guiding patients through their medication processes. Strong problem-solving capabilities and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in addressing patient needs. You'll work closely with various partners to ensure optimal therapy experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate patient navigation through medication journeys
  • Educate individuals on available healthcare services
  • Coordinate interactions with pharmacy and insurance partners
  • Collaborate with Field Case Managers for seamless onboarding
  • Manage and report on adverse events when necessary

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
  • Proven customer service skills essential
  • Preference for those with post-secondary education
  • Knowledge of pharmacy practices preferred
  • Strong command of technology and Microsoft Office required
