Job Description
Support patients in their healthcare journey as a Medication Advocate Specialist. Assist with reimbursement and pharmacy coordination while working remotely to empower patient therapy management.
This position involves serving as a primary communication link for guiding patients through their medication processes. Strong problem-solving capabilities and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in addressing patient needs. You'll work closely with various partners to ensure optimal therapy experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient navigation through medication journeys
- Educate individuals on available healthcare services
- Coordinate interactions with pharmacy and insurance partners
- Collaborate with Field Case Managers for seamless onboarding
- Manage and report on adverse events when necessary
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
- Proven customer service skills essential
- Preference for those with post-secondary education
- Knowledge of pharmacy practices preferred
- Strong command of technology and Microsoft Office required
