Pharm D Clinical Pharmacist / Medical Reviewer

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified Pharm D professionals to join our healthcare team as Clinical Pharmacists / Medical Reviewers. The candidate will be responsible for medication review, patient counseling, prescription validation, pharmacovigilance support, and coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy
• Provide patient counseling on medication usage and side effects
• Monitor drug interactions and adverse drug reactions
• Support pharmacovigilance and clinical documentation activities
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams
• Maintain patient records and pharmacy compliance standards
• Assist in clinical audits and medication safety programs
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• Pharm D degree from a recognized university
• Registered Pharmacist certification
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good knowledge of pharmacology and clinical practices
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Clinical data review
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience
• Medical coding or pharmacovigilance knowledge
• MS Office proficiency
• Attention to detail

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,540.99 - ₹30,026.34 per month
