As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will be pivotal in supporting clients worldwide through all stages of SCADA automation projects. Your skills will be instrumental in driving our automation strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage complex instrumentation, controls, and associated systems using cutting-edge design methods.
  • Develop detailed technical memoranda and preliminary design reports (PDRs) with minimal supervision.
  • Facilitate design reconciliations, and create intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) designs and programmable logic controllers (PLC).
  • Prepare project effort estimates and independently assist with testing and startup of various systems.
  • Provide comprehensive training and documentation for end users, and support field inspections and testing documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members, reviewing their work to uphold high quality standards.
  • Contribute to proposal preparations and marketing initiatives regarding the automation strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Water/Wastewater systems.
  • Background in engineering or integration firms.

Work Location: Nationwide - Hybrid work options available.

Travel Requirements: Expected travel is around 20%.

Salary Range: $104,229 - $182,374, based on experience.
