Software QA Engineer – Digital Platforms (AEM, SQL)

Location: Vienna, VA, Winchester, VA, or Pensacola, FL

Hybrid: Three days per week onsite

About This Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our client's digital platforms team. You will work in a fast-paced environment with high-frequency release cycles, ensuring quality across our software systems. This role requires someone who is proactive, communicative, and committed to identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive software and system testing across high-frequency release cycles
  • Identify, document, and communicate issues with clear troubleshooting steps
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all testing activities
  • Proactively communicate findings and raise concerns after appropriate investigation

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with software and system testing in high-frequency release environments
  • Proficiency with SQL and other database languages
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with ability to troubleshoot independently

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Experience with Adobe Content Cloud (AEC)
  • Experience with Perfecto testing platform
  • Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub
