Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman/journeywoman electricians with electrical installations and repairs
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams
• Measure, cut, and bend electrical conduit
• Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Test electrical systems for proper functioning
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (COMPLETION OF GRADE 12 MATHEMATICS and PHYSICS IS MANDATORY)
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or enrollment in a recognized apprenticeship program

-ADVANTAGE FOR HIRE ARE THOSE WITH AT LEASE 6 MONTH WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE ELECTRICAL TRADE.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

BONUS IF YOU SPEAK ANY OF THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES :

-SERBIAN, CROATIAN, BOSNIAN, MONTENEGRIAN, MACEDONIAN

Note: This position is for individuals who are interested in learning the trade of electrical work. Apprentice electricians will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to gain hands-on experience and develop the necessary skills to become a licensed electrician.
