Senior .NET C# Developer π° Salary: $138,000 - 175,000 per year

π Rquirements:
- Eight years of experience in .NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development).
- Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC).
- Five years of experience with software development including Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Five years of experience in SQL database development and stored procedures.
- Five years of experience mentoring junior staff on best practices and procedures.
- Five years of experience documenting software defects using bug tracking systems and reporting issues to developers and project managers.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with SBI and the ability to achieve SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance.
- Level II/Intermediate certification.
- Must clear a background check which may include additional checks mandated by projects or clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven capacity to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities; adaptable to change and quick to learn.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as within a multi-functional team.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
π©βπ»π¨βπ» Your responsibilities are:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain sophisticated .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET (MVC, Web API), and .NET Core.
- Transform business requirements and functional specifications into solid technical solutions.
- Create and enhance SQL Server database architectures, stored procedures, and queries.
- Connect applications with external systems, APIs, and third-party services.
- Implement secure coding practices in compliance with federal cybersecurity and privacy standards.
- Execute automated unit, integration, and system tests to verify software functionality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify system defects and performance issues in both development and production settings.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guidelines, and user manuals.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and project managers to meet project goals.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage software releases, deployments, and configuration oversight in both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Regularly assess and integrate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve software performance and team efficacy.
- Ensure solutions adhere to Section 508 Accessibility standards, FedRAMP/NIST frameworks, and agency-specific guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
