Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) is a creative, organized, and highly motivated individual who supports the continued growth of Cave Spring Vineyard and The Vine Agency across all digital channels.

The DMC is passionate about wine, hospitality, storytelling, and digital engagement. Responsibilities include executing social media content, e-blast campaigns, website updates, digital communications, and supporting broader marketing initiatives that help grow awareness, engagement, and sales across retail, licensee, tourism, and direct-to-consumer channels.

The role works closely with the Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to ensure brand consistency and timely communication across both businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain social media channels for Cave Spring Vineyard and The Vine Agency, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities, launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and visual content that reflect each brand’s tone and identity
  • Coordinate photography, video content for CSV and supplier assets for TVA digital use
  • Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments
  • Track analytics and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach

Email Marketing & E-Blasts

  • Work with ABM to build content and deploy consumer and trade e-blasts through email marketing platforms
  • Maintain email lists and ensure audience segmentation is up to date
  • Coordinate campaign timing with sales, hospitality, retail, and supplier initiatives
  • Assist with promotional calendars, product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor email performance metrics including open rates, click-throughs, and conversions

Website Management

  • Perform ongoing website updates for both organizations, including:
  • Product/Supplier additions and updates
  • Event postings
  • News & SEO updates
  • Coordinate with external web developers as needed
  • Ensure websites remain current, functional, and aligned with brand standards

Content & Brand Support

  • Assist in developing marketing materials and digital assets for:
  • Events and tastings
  • Supplier campaigns
  • Hospitality and tourism initiatives
  • Support storytelling around wineries, suppliers, vineyards, and brand partnerships

Marketing Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and marketing calendars
  • Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reporting summaries
  • Assist with coordination of promotional timelines and marketing deadlines
  • Support additional marketing and communications projects as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, communications, or social media management
  • WSET or winery experience an asset
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klayvio, Mailchimp, or similar platform)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience updating websites using CMS platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
