You will establish strategic customer service guidance and technical support initiatives to enhance customer contact services. Collaborating with local and distributed operations and other teams will be crucial to achieving the desired customer service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer service activities and soft bucket(0-60 DPD) collections portfolio activities.
- Establish strategic customer service guidance and technical support initiatives.
- Develop departmental strategic initiatives for portfolio health, loss prevention, operational excellence, and vendor management.
- Manage complex customer inquiries, allocate resources for workload balancing, and perform real-time management of customer contact metrics.
- Partner with local and distributed operations and other teams to ensure appropriate customer service levels.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree or equivalent experience desired.
- The role requires working a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
