Role Overview:

Join Caterpillar Inc. as a Manager Customer Service Support based out of Bangalore Caterpillar PSN. Your work will involve managing all customer service and portfolio activities related to soft bucket (0-60 DPD) collections. You will establish strategic customer service guidance and technical support initiatives to enhance customer contact services. Additionally, you will develop departmental strategic initiatives to maintain portfolio health, prevent losses, ensure operational excellence, and manage vendors. Collaborating with local and distributed operations and other teams will be crucial to achieving the desired customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer service activities and soft bucket(0-60 DPD) collections portfolio activities.
  • Establish strategic customer service guidance and technical support initiatives.
  • Develop departmental strategic initiatives for portfolio health, loss prevention, operational excellence, and vendor management.
  • Manage complex customer inquiries, allocate resources for workload balancing, and perform real-time management of customer contact metrics.
  • Partner with local and distributed operations and other teams to ensure appropriate customer service levels.

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree or equivalent experience desired.
  • The role requires working a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
