Leasing Associate

Job Title: Junior Leasing Associate (NY Properties – Remote, India)

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: EST hours - 6.30 p.m. to 3.30 a.m. IST

Job Role:

We are looking for a Junior Leasing Associate to connect with prospective tenants and brokers for our New York properties. The role involves reaching out to leads, sharing property details, and supporting lease generation and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and email potential tenants who have shown interest
• Reach out to brokers and build relationships
• Provide clear information about units, amenities, and pricing
• Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads regularly
• Generate leases and handle lease renewals
• Schedule property tours or virtual walkthroughs
• Update and manage leads in Monday.com

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of Monday.com
• Ability to work in EST shift
• Basic understanding of leasing/real estate is a plus
